Project 01: Thematic Interactive Website Proposal
The project involves creating a proposal for a thematic interactive website. Participants have the freedom to choose the focus topic, such as a product from a brand, movie promotion, and more.

Progress
During the week 01 class, Mr. Razif advised us to narrow down our focus when choosing a product for the thematic interactive website. He suggested selecting a single product from a brand rather than the entire brand's range, as it could simplify the project.

To commence the design process for an interactive website, I conducted research on existing interactive websites to gain insights into their functionality and user experience.

In search of inspiration for the product to focus on, I explored items that I enjoy consuming, particularly desserts. After examining several dessert brands, I determined that ice cream would be a suitable product category for my project. Subsequently, I delved into various ice cream brands that I have previously patronized to explore their product offerings. Mr. Razif advised us to select customizable products to enhance user interaction with the website.

I opted to focus on ice cream products and began brainstorming ideas, documenting my progress and ideas on Canva slides. Initially, I considered both the llaollao tub and Inside Scoop Matcha series for my proposal draft.

After presenting my ideas to Mr. Razif, he recommended proceeding with the llaollao tub concept, noting its completeness compared to the other option. He suggested creating a new slide specifically for the final proposal idea.

Taking his feedback into account, I crafted a new slide to elaborate on my llaollao tub concept, providing more detailed explanations. Additionally, I included sketches of the website layout and sourced potential animations from Pinterest to enhance the proposal.

Additionally, I made an attempt to record a video presentation using both Zoom and Google Meet. Unfortunately, my laptop experienced significant lag each time I initiated the recording process. I have endeavored to upload the smoothest video possible for my presentation.

Week 03
Mr. Razif said I can proceed with the design ideas for llaollao product and crafting a detailed final proposal.
Week 04
This final proposal should incorporate sketches or wireframes to demonstrate the layout of the website design.

REFLECTIONS
Experience
When I initially began searching for a product to design an interactive website for, I felt a lack of direction. I started by looking into items or foods that I commonly consume or use. After discussing my ideas with Mr. Razif, he suggested that I choose a brand or product that allows for customization, making it easier to create an interactive website for users. With this guidance, I had a clearer direction on the type of product I should focus on.
Observation
I noticed that many interactive websites take a long time to load. Therefore, I recognized the importance of a loading page in informing users about the current stage of loading.
Findings
Designing an interactive website is challenging as it requires creativity while ensuring that the design is user-friendly and intuitive. If users find it difficult to understand the design or navigate through the website, they may become confused and waste time trying to figure out what to click on. This could lead to frustration and a negative user experience.
